I have no corporate affiliation, so can provide truly independent and impartial advice under conditions of strict confidentiality.
I have given written and oral evidence to an arbitration hearing at the International Centre For Dispute Resolution in New York in 2019, and to the High Court (Technology and Construction) in London in 2021.
With my management experience, I have good communication skills and the ability to explain complicated technical issues in a comprehensible way that allows laymen, and in particular the members of an arbitral tribunal, to understand the salient technical points of the case.
